    Hi!

    At the moment my site says it cannot connect to jetpack. No errors come up and it still allows me to make a new post and such, but it doesn’t list any comments, posts, or pages in the jetpack area and it says the site is disconnected to jetpack. As there is no error and when I troubleshoot it doesn’t seem to run into any obvious problems… Not sure what to do?

    Hi @oliviaroach

    It looks like a possible error with the plugin itself. Can you try deleting the Jetpack plugin from Plugins > Installed Plugins, then adding it again from Plugins > Add New and trying a new connection?

    Hey,

    I’ve disabled jetpack, and then through my provider (bluehost) turned it back on again. But it doesn’t show up on my wordpress anymore and I am not sure how to make that happen?

    Hey Olivia,

    I still see an error when Jetpack tries to connect to your site.

    Can you please try deactivating and deleting Jetpack entirely, and then trying to reinstall it?

    To remove Jetpack, you can FTP into your site and delete the folder wp-content/plugins/jetpack. (If you’re not sure how to do this, ask your hosting company for help.)

    After that’s done, you can reinstall Jetpack by following these instructions:

    This will also allow you to install and activate the up-to-date plugin ??
