Hello — NGG is up-to-date, and so is WP. However, since the last upgrade to NGG, the plugin will upload images but refuses point blank to create thumbnails for them. This is something I have not seen before, and disabling all the other plugins does not help. Here is the useful information you recommend – I hope you can help, and will supply all the other info you need. The server is ours, and we use NGG on several similar sites, on which it’s functioning fine …

@andrewfrankwalker – Although it doesn’t appear anything is out of place with the Server Settings et al. I am also not seeing that NextGEN Gallery is active on your site currently.

That being the case, there is not much we can really suggest as we nothing more to work with aside from reviewing any and all differences between this site and the other sites you are operating that do have NextGEN Gallery working as expected. I would expect one (or more) of the differences to possibly be involved in the problem you are having.

    Thanks!

No, my apologies – the site is live and the event is underway, so I uninstalled NGG and had to go with Picasa for the pictures. When things calm down, I shall reinstall and see if the problem persists, and if it’s alright I’ll get back in touch …
