    Hi @oyantec,

    I understand that you are facing an issue where the stock is not deducted after orders are placed and the order notes do not display correctly, right?

    I see you mentioned that you are facing this issue for a few months, can you please share some additional details?

    • Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us? You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Paste the result here in your reply.
    • Can you please let us know when this started to happen? Did it start after installing a plugin or after making some code customization?
    • Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the order so that we can see what you are describing? Please remove/hide any sensitive data from the screenshot.

    Unfortunately, whenever I click on the “system report download” option, the report does not appear to be displayed.

    • Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies.
    • Try accessing the system report from a different web browser or device.
    • If that does not work, can you please send us a screenshot of the error you are seeing while copying the System Status Report from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support?
