Failure to initilaize Dropbox Link

On a fresh WP install and UDP install, I was unable to complete the dropbox initialization loop. I called GoDaddy who is hosting this site and they tried a few things. Their server is running Windows. After none of the permissions fixes worked, the guy upped the PHP version from 5.4 to 5.5. This solved the problem and I was able to complete the dropbox loop.
Hope this is useful for others who may have run into this problem.
