Failure to update

    I’m getting an error message when I try to update to 4.1: “Failure to update to 4.1 – update error”

    I’ve tried twice now and I’m not keen on trying again without knowing the website’s safe – in the past update errors have brought the whole site down, and that happening right over Christmas would be a nightmare. Anyone else experiencing issues? Is the update safe?
