Failure when submitting form

I am having an issue when submitting a form. I have a checkbox that has to be ticked so that the form can be submitted, but an error message is thrown, warning that the checkbox has to be ticked, even though it is. I have disabled all plugins (except Forminator) and enabled them one by one, but there was no change. I have paused the website in Cloudflare, but there was no change. I have purged the cache in Cloudflare, no change. I have deactivated Breeze, no change. The only time I did see a change is when I changed the language from Spanish (website native language) to English with the Translatepress plugin. I got a message that the account had been created but checking if the user was actually created, she had not been. I checked the console and found the following Forminator error:

As can be seen, there is an error registered referring to the Popup Master Pro plugin. I deactivated the plugin and tried to submit the form, but once again, there was no change.
Before reporting the issue here, I have checked the forum and there seem to be at least a couple of similar issues in the last hours:

Please edit the code that you added – you should NOT make any changes to original one and this line of shared code
if ( ! defined( 'FORMINATOR_VERSION' ) ) {should stay exactly as it is. You should NOT replace the FORMINATOR_VERSION string with any number (or actual version of the plugin). It needs to stay “as is”.
The “FORMINATOR_VERSION” string here is not be replaced because it is the name of the PHP constant added by Forminator plugin.
By replacing it, you have made code to check for a different constant that is not defined and since the goal of this line of code is to prevent code execution if given constant is not defined – you essentially made the code inactive by replacing FORMINATOR_VERSION.

I’ve tested your form, but could not replicate similar issues with the latest Forminator 1.29.0 and TranslatePress 2.7.1.
Could you please also check if disabling Extra Languages add-on makes any difference. Please make sure to flush the cache(s) on the site, and test the form on a new private (incognito) tab after that.
