Fajr prayer time shows wrong value

  • Assalamlu alekom dear brother,

    First of all I want to thank you for your effort and time making this plugin available for a lot of people/ mosques. Jazzakallah kheyran and may Allah bless you and your family and all the umma and make all your Dua come true.

    We are facing an issue with displaying the right fajr prayer time. All other prayer times are showing the right value except the fajr prayer. Even when I “quick edit” the fajr prayer time it doesnt update on the page. I tried updating other prayer times and they all got updated.


    – My timezone is set up correctly
    – I deleted cache and even tried without the cache plugin (deleted “wp fastest cache”).
    – I am using latest wordpress with updated Divi pluin

    Thanks a lot in advance for any help/ hints

    Assalamualaikum brother,

    that is a very interesting issue. I can think of 2 points.
    1. Please try using a simple theme, may be spacious theme
    2. Ask your hosting company if the vm has any sort of caching

    We alekom elsalam wa rahmatu Allah wa barakatu,

    I investigated and set up a new wordpress installation just with the blank slate theme and the prayer time plugin and found out that I didnt check “Deactivate Tomorrow” in the Misc Tab. I thought the checkbox was meant to deactivate the announcement of Jummah if its the day after. Subhan Allah

    Alhamdulillah, the system has grown with so many features. One day I will start creating a YT video series of each feature and write good documentation insha Allah with your duas.
