    Hi @babybearcc,

Your review has nothing to do with this plugin.
    This is a free plugin.

Please address to the support dedicated to the pro plugin you bought.

Your review has nothing to do with this plugin.

@johndarrel That’s totally wrong and I do not know why developers keep making this mistake.

If a WordPress developer hosts a free version here and upsells, they literally invite these reviews. That’s part of the experience so do not say “Your review has nothing to do with this plugin.” That’s wrong.

Developers cannot support pro users here, ever. That is not allowed. But if a developer upsells a pro or premium version then the user’s may leave a review about that experience and this user has.

Do not report this review again.

Sorry @jdembowski for the report, I will give more details to see why I reported it.

@babybearcc, I checked your account and you received the premium version of the plugin in November 2021. We even have you email confirmation that you used the plugin for your website and that it worked but you don’t use it anymore so you want the money back.

You requested a refund a few days ago, after more than 60 days from your purchase.
We informed you that we have a refund policy of 30 days.

Please read our refund policy before sending any refund requests:
    https://wpplugins.tips/wpplugins-refund-rules/

Because we didn’t grant your refund request in February 2022 you started to sent us email threats, public comments and bad reviews on Email, WordPress and Social Media.

We explained you through many emails why we can’t refund you and even offered to help you install and setup the plugin on your website but you didn’t answer.

You refused to read the refund policy and to comply with the policy you agree when you bought the plugin.

Our company is NOT a fake or scam company. We care about our clients and this is why we built this plugin and keep it updated.

John is a blatant liar. I’ve never purchased any of their products until February 2022. He couldn’t possibly have a record for this email address as I purchased it using a different email address. I never got a login email from them to be able to access the pro version. In fact, I never received a receipt email either.
I emailed this scam company several times at 2 different email contacts on their phony website to give them the opportunity to rectify their problem and never received a reply to any of the emails.
My credit card company reversed the payment of $118 after they received no response from this scam company.

    Hi @babybearcc,

This is Peter from Squirrly Customer Care team.

I would like to start by apologizing for the inconvenience this created and to state that our service is not a scam in any way, only that you had a negative experience with our product which I would love to sort it out and see what happened.

Would you be kind enough to let me know here or via email at [email protected] which email address did you use to make the payment?

This way, I can personally look into this for you so I can offer some clarity on the events which took place.

Hope to get a positive response from you!
