Fake User Accounts Showing up in WordPress

Fake users keep showing up in my user tab on my WordPress page for my website. I don’t have WooCommerce, which seemed to be a problem for folks on another thread. I have the Forminator plugin to collect email addresses from people but I don’t know how this would lead to new users being made. It hasn’t done that previously. Also, the emails all seem to be spam or suspicious email accounts.
