FAKE users registering to my website

  • Hi all!
    I have Wordfence installed (and I love it!), but I don’t get why there are so many fake users registering continuously, the great majority of them with a @yahoo.com e-mail.
    Is there a way to block fake users to register? They are not causing damage so far (e.g. no fake posts), nonetheless I find this very annoying!
