Falang conflicting with MailPoet

Hi,

Can you give me the way to reproduce the problem ?

Install Falang and Mailpoet and make a page with ?[mailpoet_page]? in the page ? on your site i see the mailpoet page with shortcode and not the content it’s the problem ?

Thanks for your quick reply! So below is what the page should look like, and what it does look like when I am in the Troubleshooting Mode and have Falang de-activated. When Falang is activated, the shortcode doesn′t generate the content of the page.

I have installed locally but i haven’t found yet how to create a form with a shortcode [mailpoet_page] like you

MailPoet creates the page automatically. When you have installed and set up MailPoet you go to “Settings” -> “Basiscs”. Here next to “Manage Subscription page” and “Unsubscribe page” you see a drop-down box that is set to “MailPoet Page” with a link to preview next to it.

Ok , i see this i don’t know yet how to use it but i have make a configuration like contact form

i have make a 3 sites languages site (en,fr,de)

i have make 3 page 1 for each language (in mailpoet) [mailpoet_form id="1"] [mailpoet_form id="2"][mailpoet_form id="3"]

I make a page and put the default language “en” and make the translation for each language and put the shortcode for each language

it’s a little like the contact form 7 system, i have a documentation for this

I have perhaps the same documentation to make for mailpoet.

i try to understand what is the problem with the default page

for translation you have to use the system i write above. but i have problem to configure a page with the shortcode

[mailpoet_page]

even with Falang disabled.

Hi, it is not the contact form, it is the unsubscribe page.

It gets generated automatically, but can also be customized:

yes but you have to make one page by language like i have done in the previous message and it was working

Did you try to make in mailpoet a page by language ?

and use a wordpress page with the shortcode with translation in falang and put the shortcode adapted to the language ?

I “translated” the pages in all languages that I run:

It’s work for all language with the page translated directly (use of mailpoet language file)

At the begining i have a 404 too on the page but save the permalink fix the problem

Indeed, with the shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription] everything works fine!

However, the issue is with the unsubscribe page, I have followed this documentation:

It says there “The Confirmation page must contain the shortcode?[mailpoet_page]”

This is the one that I can’t get to work…

I think it has got something to do with these settings (in Falang > Settings > Translate Options > “Options” next to “MailPoet Page” after ticking the box):

But I can′t figure it out… I have tried several different settings, but am getting the same result all the time, that the [mailpoet_page] shortcode doesn′t get generated.
