Fallback image not working on mobile browsers

    Hi. I use video background on Shapely Theme. All looks good on a desktop / laptop but when I check the site on my phone (iOS and Samsung and Chrome for iPhone) the fallback image doesn’t show up.

    Why is this? Please help!
