Fallback to Flash rather than HTML5?

I also sent an email but I thought this would help the community.
If you view my site (https://luckyslegacy.com/) in Chrome vs Safari, you will see that they look different. My client would like them to look the same.
I think it would help if the plugin used Flash first then HTML5. Is that even possible?
