    Buenas tardes, no se como solucionar el problema de carga de videos fallida. Subo los videos bien, pero en el proceso de conversión, algo falla y no se ve.

    Como tengo que hacer para solucionarlo? Gracias

    I see the Jetpack connection for your site is good, so there shouldn’t be an issue. As an alternative way to upload video, could you please install the Jetpack plugin and then try to upload the video again from the WordPress.com dashboard?

    Please make sure to change the file name on your device to something else before re-uploading the video.

    Hola, he vuelto a intentar subir los videos, pero en los dispositivos moviles, me da un error en los videos, me sale un mensaje, a la hora d evisualizarlos: There’s been an error Something went wrong and we’re unable to play: Please try again later. y se supode que estoy pagando una suscripcion para poder alojar videos y ganar rendimiento en mi sitio y solo me da problemas? como puedo solucionarlo?

    Hello there – could you please reach out from here and describe the issue? Since you are a paid user, we can reach you via priority email support. Also, when sending us the query, please do two things:

    • provide us a link there to download any video which you are trying to upload, and it shows the error
    • connect your site to the Jetpack main plugin right now; it shows only connected to the Jetpack VideoPress plugin.

    After sending the query from the above form, please reply to confirm here, and we will check it.
