    Alright, Clef gave up on us and people like me are in a fix…

    I asked a question some time back but then didn’t get a chance to respond. Anyways opening the thread again.

    So the issue is that:
    I have the app installed and the site is registered as well.
    Its a normal login page, not using any plugin to have a separate one.
    Yes it is a public website and can be accessed.
    Key plugin is updated to latest. 0.6.11
    The other major plugins that I have are yoast, wordfence and wp super cache.

    The problem is that on scan it just refreshes back to same login page and nothing happened. Though in the app it says that login is successful.

    Help is needed here for sure!

  • Hi,

    Could you open up a support request using the “report a problem” feature in the app this will give us the log files from the app.

    It sounds like there could be another plugin interfering on the login page.

    I can’t seem to find the “report a problem” feature. Contact support is the only option and its just a form…

    Hey @hasssan yeah please go ahead and use the Contact Support option right after this happens, it will attach a log I can review and I’ll get back to you via email.

    Hi Hasaan,

    This has now been fixed. There was some security module which blocked all login attempts if it did not appear that a human being had clicked on the ‘Log In’ button – which of course, with Keyy, had not been done. We have now adjusted Keyy on this site to mimic that behaviour. This adjustment will also be in all future releases of Keyy, so it will be included in any updates you download.
