False advertisement, scam

I spent several weeks with text support trying to get this to work as advertised, “All-In-One Intranet gives you everything you need in one plugin to lock down your site and start building your intranet.”

However, only after the 2 week refund time had passed, the tech told me this doesn’t lock the public out of your site, and of course since the two weeks has passed, I am not eligible for a refund anymore. Multiple times I asked if the plugin had the capability that was need and advertised, but I always got conflicting answers.
