Claims to be easy with lots of option… I got the bare minimum options with no drag and drop options for more content and I could drag and adjust where I wanted the layout to be.

As many 1 star reviewers say: GARBAGE! The 5 & 4 stars are clearly fake reviews.

Can you contact support (https://ninjaforms.com/contact/) so we can help you with the issue that you are having with changing the order of fields in your form?

Can you also let us know what capabilities you are missing in the Free Ninja Forms plugin?

To be able to put the form fields into columns, you would need the Layout & Styles add-on (https://ninjaforms.com/extensions/layout-styles)

I agree with Mikey, In hindisght i should’ve read the reviews first. I’ve just spent the past few hour trying this plugin and it sux! This was after struggeling with WP Forms for quite a few days too.

WorPress please verfiy your suppliers work before making it avaiable for use. Just because you offer a free service does not make you any better than the curropt individual who charges double. In fact if you are offering a free service you should be exponentially better than the those who charge litle.

Yes, we spent many hours too finding lots of dead ends and apparent bugs. Been waiting on support (other than an autoresponse of receiving our requests) to see if there are fixes. Hoping we don’t have to get a refund and start again with Gravity Forms or another option.
