False alarms for .htaccess file changes

  • Has anyone else started getting false alarms about changed files since upgrading to WordPress 4.0? I’m getting daily alerts about my .htaccess file changing, but you can see below that the hashes are the same. Is there a workaround for this issue or suggestions to try?
