    Are you using a cache plugin of any type? If so, I would carefully look at your settings, especially if you have something with db and/or object cache enabled.

    No I’m not using any cache plugin. I’m using following plugins:

    Content Views
    Fast Secure Contact Form
    Hide Admin Bar
    Layers – Updater
    Layers Pro
    MailChimp for WordPress
    Nav Menu Roles
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    Wordfence Security
    WP-Members

    No I’m not using any cache plugin.

    The fact that this issue happens randomly indicates that something is most likely cacheing a process somewhere. This could be something on your server depending on your host – some implement this automatically.

    Looking through your list of plugins, Wordfence has cacheing. I would look to see if that is enabled. That could possibly be it as well.
