• Hi,

I recently purchased ProfilePress and am now considering your plugin (the pro version) to protect the login forms on the frontend and backend of my site. I have 2FA activated and after someone enters their username and password, they’re then prompted to enter their 2FA code. This is fine; however, it triggers a false “failed login” count for the user/IP address. I contacted ProfilePress, and they suggested I reach out to you to see if there’s an easy way so that these types of “errors” won’t trigger your plugin.

    Here’s a screenshot of the error’s it throws: https://drive.mrvl.cloud/d/s/ooNdAwomP6Mb9f9n24YN5i0wV5ixR5VA/dpRYEROlRAaLZZWB_jyNzBs2pVyK6KRv-d7bgri7Aiwk

Please let me know if there’s that can be done, as right now I have the plugin deactivated as I didn’t want to get banned from my own site.

    Thanks,
    AJ
