False Phishing Warning on one of my pages..

I’ve been through all the links in the article

– scurry site check did not detect any malware

– try removing one link at a time and see which link is throwing that warning.

Yeah I went through all the links… would that be the obvious culprit? A link?

I am paranoid there’s something else going on.

Good news is that Scurry scan did not report any malware!

Have tried delinking one link at a time to see if any particular link may be doing it?

Okay, this is getting worse, now getting multiple warnings on other pages too.

I have reason to believe some politically minded jackass, or group of politically minded jackasses, is doing this on purpose by submitting articles to some kind of malware/phishing report site.

Does anyone think this is conceivably possible? And how to figure out where and how to stop it?

to make sure its not one of your plugins or your theme, try:

– Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.
– deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
– If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fourteen Theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue.

Right – here’s the deal though. I have no reason to believe that there is anything actually wrong with the site. I believe someone is deliberately messing with us. … is that even possible? Or Am I just being paranoid? I’ve run all of the flagged pages through a whole bunch of scanners and they all say “clean”.
