• When I look at the results of my AIOSEO Audit Checklist, 2 of my 5 important issues I need to address are : “Some Javascript files don’t seem to be minified” and “Some CSS files don’t seem to be minified.>

So, I contacted the team from WP Rocket, who’s plugin handle these things and they reported back with this:

    —–

Jurica from WP Rocket here. Thank you for contacting WP Rocket’s support. ??

I’m sorry for the trouble you are having with this.

To confirm this issue, I’ve browsed and inspected your site, and I can confirm that those files are being minimized.
Here is an example of one of those files, it is minimized and saved in the /wp-content/cache/min/1/ folder
    https://jmp.sh/uMtPXe7V

You can check it yourself, by visiting the site in incognito browser mode, right-click to open the menu and click on the “View-source” and then search for those files. Minified files are always saved in the /wp-content/cache/min/1/ folder.

I’m not familiar with how or when All in One SEO runs this check, so I don’t have an explanation why it’s giving false positive results.

Is there a reason these files are appearing in the audit checklist?

    Thanks.

    Hi @alkemy007,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I just tested your site using our SEO Analyzer, and I’m not seeing the suggestions related to unminified JavaScript or CSS files on my end.

It’s possible that the results you’re seeing are from a cached scan. To ensure you’re viewing the most up-to-date analysis, please try clicking the “Refresh Results” button at the top of the SEO Analysis screen by going to All in One SEO > SEO Analysis.

Once you’ve done that, let me know if those suggestions are still appearing—I’d be happy to take another look if needed!

    Looking forward to your update.
