False Positives?

    On our website getting a bunch of files that are showing in the scanner as modified – the last result showed 464 modified files, however when I text compare the files against the originals I do not find any differences. I use the same plugin stack on multiple sites that almost identical setups and those are not showing any issues.

    Wordfence is the latest version.

    It sounds like a plugin or theme was updated before your site checked in with the server. Do all of the results look to be from the same source?

    Try to run 1-2 more scans and see if these disappear. That will let your site connect to our server a few times to update.
