family website using wordpress

  • Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish. Can someone direct me a little bit. I have a domain with wordpress 2.1.1 installed. I would like to divide the site up into sections where each user (5 different family members can have their own blog). When one of them posts, it shows up on their page, etc.
    is there a good template for this, or another way to do it using ‘pages’?

  • I think you could use php to tell different pages to only show post written by a specific author but it’s over my head as to exactly how to do that.

    The other option I think would be to install wordpress to five different folders. But I’m not absolutely positive you can install it in multiple spots on a web page.
