Fan Count stopped working on new server

Hi,

I use the plugin Fan Count (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/fan-count/) and it stopped working after a while when I have moved the website to a new server. It is now displaying the fallback value. The exact same counter works on another server. Could this be IP related?
