Fanatastic Contact Form

Love it. Works every time. This is is the easiest and best contact form available. Just enough customization if needed but for the most part it is just fill in a few blanks and you are good to go. This is how contact forms should all be made. WordPress should add this to the core as everyone needs a contact form on their site.
