Fancy Box horizontal large image is cut

  • Hello,
    My problem is with the occasional large image, larger than the screen.
    I have got the best setting for vertical images, and it works fine with Fancy Box.
    However, with a horizontal image, it appears to show the large on behind, but it is “cut off” at screen edges and set at right. When moving the scroller left there is nothing but blank screen.

    In addition, I would prefer the image not to open in “double layer”, if that is possible. It’s fine with large images, but not with smaller ones, where it overlays the controls and is confusing.

    I have just discovered that this only happens on the Hebrew page, the English page works fine.
    Please, help.

    Is it usual to wait 3 weeks for a response here? For if it is, just say so in the support, so we know what to expect.
