Fancy box WordPress 2.9

    I have just installed fancybox on wordpress, but do not know how to adjust the size of the images on the post. Could anyone help point me to a tutorial or provide me with ant information. Another point there doesnt seem to be any way of deleteing an image from a gallery without deleteing an image from the site.
