Fancy Gallery… fancy-js.php long load time

Fancy Gallery works really well, thank you, it makes my site look really slick!
There’s just one thing… I’m in the process of optimizing my site, and for some reason… and I’m consistently seeing fancy-js.php taking over 1 second to load, so it is really holding things up. Is there some way that I can fix this?
