Fancybox and Carousel have a problem!

Carousel of images works perfectly! If you use any plug-in pop-up images, the carousel is broken.
It is broken carousel with lightbox plugin –
It is workin carousel without lightbox plugin –
Please help with it.. I try use different lightbox plugin (fancybox, prettyphoto etc.) but all its make broken the carousel…
