My client uses this plugin on a high traffic site where we experienced an unusual issue. Upon identifying the issue that pointed towards the pop-up builder plugin, I contacted the plugin support as mentioned at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/read-me-first-before-writing-a-support-thread/ . I was bit apprehensive about their support since it is a free plugin, like other plugins from wp.org forum. However, I was amazed at the level of support and professional communication throughout the history of the issue. Once, I made them understood the issue with consistent test results on a staging site, the issue was resolved within 24 hours.
No plugin is perfect. As a plugin author myself, I know that. However, what makes a great plugin differ from normal plugin is the level of support provided by the team behind a plugin. Considering that this pop-up builder plugin is available for free with excellent support staff to back it up, I’d have no hesitation to recommend it to others.
