Fantastic !!

  • This plugin is fantastic, has solved my issues on Support. If i can suggest something for the paid version would be:
    -Custom Fields for tickets
    -Filter by custom fields
    -Statistics with charts

    Anyway, amazing job, congrats to the developer, and 1000% recommmended for other users!
