I have used the Postmatic family of plugins for some time now and been very impressed with the way the service is evolving. In addition to the great functionality and improved experience for my readers, the Postmatic suite of plugins are a real lifesaver for me as a one-man blogging team in that they save a lot of time and hassle.

Support has been great too and I really appreciate their openness to feedback.

Oh, and the Postmatic team keep on adding support for various best-of-breed plugins that I wasn’t aware of before. I checked them out, added them, and now my site is more awesome than ever. Amazing proactive team. I subscribed to the premium version. Well worth it – the email templates look great.

Thanks for the followup. Which plugins did you come across that you like? I think we’re going to put together a blog in which we curate engagement-related plugins. Wouldn’t that be nifty?

I’m specifically interested in ones that are compatible with Postmatic and Epoch.

From your blog, I discovered and installed:
    1. Social Warfare
    2. Caldera Forms
    3. Simple Comment Editing

For plugins like Postmatic for Caldera Forms, I would personally really appreciate a detailed video tutorial that walks me through every little step of setting up a simple contact form with a subscribe checkbox… To see what I mean, check out my currently open ticket with Elissa. Poor thing, I must be driving her mad with my many questions. I’m a nightmare customer…

I’m sure most of your customers are much more technically literate than me, so perhaps this might not be worth your while…

    Hey Dylan,

Yea, that Caldera Forms integration is super cool and powerful…. which means it also takes some attention to detail to get right. (On a side note, still working on your support ticket about it).

And no, you are not a nightmare customer! I’ve seen things, my friend. Things. And they do not look like you. ;P
