fantastic plugin but..

  • they will spam you forever with an extremely irritating pop up on the admin panel which almost renders the plugin unusable.
    The earliest post I have found about this is 11 months ago, they need to get rid of it.

  • Have you tried this solution from here:

    First make a backup of your W3 Total Cache settings file, it’s located at /wp-content/w3tc-config/master.php
    Open master.php in and find the 'notes.support_us' => true, line and change it to 'notes.support_us' => false,

    The popup should go away once you’ve done this, though it might take a few minutes for the change to be seen.
