Fantastic / Prompt Support

I am using Cool Timeline Pro to blog the War of the Worlds in Real Time. As a result I am pushing CTP in a way I suspect the developers did not consider. Generally it handles the task well but when it hasn’t, the support team has provided concise, prompt, and accurate advice to resolve my problems.
