Fantastic Service, Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff

I would recommend this plugin to anyone, based on its ease of use and fantastic support. I’ve honestly never used a plugin that had a support team this good.

I encountered a serious error when using this plugin, (due to an outdated database format on our side) that caused problems when restoring the backup. I thought we had lost the data forever, but thankfully the team at WP-Staging really knows what they are doing and is very helpful.

Thanks to them, we managed to find a solution and the lost data has now been saved. They even advised me on what to do to prevent further issues on my side and pointed out another website issue that wasn’t related to this plugin. This support service has been reliable and friendly, and as a result of our inquiry I have also been told that our issue will be informing their next update so this problem shouldn’t come up if we need to make backups again.

This process took about a week, but the team gave me constant updates as they were working on my issue, which made me relaxed and positive during a stressful time.

Talking purely about the software, it’s very easy to use and everything is easily understandable. There’s a good amount of information in the documentation that explains everything and apart from our backup issue, the staging functions work very well. It was also a lot faster than I expected it to be.

I would recommend this plugin (and the team behind it) to anyone looking for a staging or backup solution.
