FAQ break page with thrive archtitect

Thanks for reporting this. We actually did also receive word of this from a user via email and are trying to work it out directly with them and with the Thrive team.

We’d originally thought it could be something similar to the SiteOrigin issue, as it seems that it may be related to an infinite loop happening. However, upon further investigation, we found that the workaround implemented for that should have also resolved this, so it’s likely something different enough.

Since there is no free version of the Thrive builder (that I know of anyway), and we can’t test with a product that is only available behind a paywall, the user and we have asked Thrive to install our plugin and help us to figure this out. We haven’t yet heard back anything on that, but, when we do, I’ll let you know of any updates.

In the meantime, make sure to always keep updated with our plugin, as we may fix something that also happens to help with your issue (such as the Elementor release recently).

Thank you very much for your reaction – I actually got support from ThriveThemes – but in the end it seems the update of the plugin to version 2.0.12 did the job – no other tweeks from thrive. Don’t know what it really was – but very happy I can use the FAQ’s again.
Just updated to 2.0.13 and it still works.
