FAQ Categories not showing.

    I have used the FAQ Categories block to display the categories but its not working at all. Its displaying “No Categories” even I have 10 FAQ categories in the website.

    Also when using the FAQ Display block its showing me this error “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”.

    Hi tnchuntic,

    The Ultimate FAQ plugin comes with several Gutenberg blocks, but “FAQ Categories” is not one of them. You can find the full list on our documentation page here: https://doc.etoilewebdesign.com/plugins/ultimate-faq/user/blocks-shortcodes/.

    Could you please let me know what you mean by the “FAQ Categories” block?

    As for the Display FAQs block, I believe you are experiencing an issue related specifically to WordPress 6.2. Do you have 6.2 installed? The issue is only that the block cannot be previewed. We will be putting out an update shortly with a fix for this. In the meantime, the block should still render completely fine on your site. It will only be the preview that doesn’t work. If you’d like, you could use the shortcode instead.
