I am interested in enhancing the integration of FAQs into WooCommerce product category pages by automatically linking FAQ categories with product categories based on matching their slugs.

To implement this functionality, I need to know the identifier of the taxonomy that XPlainer uses for FAQ categories. This will allow me to search for and retrieve FAQ categories by slug, thereby displaying relevant FAQs on WooCommerce product category pages.

Could you please inform me what is the identifier of the taxonomy used by XPlainer for FAQ categories? Additionally, if you have any recommendations or best practices for efficiently implementing this functionality using your plugin, I would greatly appreciate if you could share them.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

    Best regards,

Thanks for the interest. It’s a nice feature to map product faqs with the product categories. We have the plan to implement the feature in advanced version not in the freemium one. The process is on going.

The taxonomy name of the product faq categories is ‘ffw-category‘, You can pull the faq categories with the name and implement own feature.

We recommend you to wait for our upcoming mapping feature. In the meantime, please tell us how you want to map the both categories. W

Will you map from the different mapping page or from the FAQs individual edit page or product page or FAQs categories individual edit page.

Tell us your point of view. We will try to take care about it.

Also, please add more feature request you want to see in this faqs, Elementor and Gutenberg version is coming soon.

    Thanks
