FAQ conundrum

Hello,
I am trying to design an FAQ section for a website; the way I would like it to work is presenting two problems:

1) On the FAQ page I would like a list down the left of the page, showing just post titles of the category “FAQ”, in other words a list of the questions asked/ submitted. When one of these is clicked i would like the answer to that question (the post content) to appear to the right.

2) The FAQ page is a child of the customer care page. The same list of FAQ questions appears on the left of this page. When one of these is clicked I would like it to jump to the FAQ page, with the relevant answer displayed to the right.

Sorry I can’t provide a link, as it’s just running locally at the moment; grateful for any pointers.
