FAQ does not toggle

I see there was a similar question posted about 7 months ago. But I don’t see an answer. The list style works fine. But I prefer to use the “toggle” style.
1) added two FAQ to test.
2) added a group called tournaments. One of the FAQ is in that group.
3) published FAQ
4) created a new page and added the short code [faq style=”toggle”]
5) published that page and did preview.
6) toggle version appeared with + buttons,
7) clicked on toggle button and nothing happened.
I then …
I deactivated all the plugins on the site and repeated steps 5, 6 and 7. No luck.
Any suggestions?
