    Hey!

Thank you for reacting to messages and correct the shortcomings, it is a good start to a successful way.

I have a question about using on multilingual sites.

Since the plugin does not support the creation of FAQ with versions in different languages, you need to create separate FAQ for each language. And with this everything is fine, you can insert them using shortcodes. But with FAQ in goods it does not work: in goods is no support for shortcodes — only the choice from the list of FAQ groups. It does not allow the use of this feature on multilingual sites, because due to the synchronization of the parameters in all languages the only one selected FAQ is displayed.

    Will it be somehow corrected?

(I do not know whether the author plans to support multilinguality for goods in the free version of his plugin, since nothing is said in the description. If this is assumed only as a paid functionality, I will decide this remark.)

    Hey Artyus,

We have just released a new version where you will have the option to add the FAQ group id for product. Please see this screenshot for more information: https://prnt.sc/13aw98v
I hope this will make sense.

    Thanks for being with us.

    Thanks for the quick response.

I don’t think it will help in this case. Because the parameters of the translated products are synchronized. That is, when replacing any parameter for a product, these changes automatically occur in all versions of this product in all languages.

If your FAQs had support for translations, then during synchronization, each translated version of the product would automatically receive the corresponding language version of the FAQ. But your plugin does not have this option yet.

And with shortcodes, most likely it will be the same.
