FAQ icon refresh on adding new child

    Bug or Feature? ?? Insert a FAQ block. Add some children. Set the Q/A icons. Now add a new child in the middle of the block. The icons are default. After that, some trigger does update the icons. I’m sorry I have not identified it yet. It might occur when selecting the parent block, or perhaps on Save. So this is just a visual artifact during post edit and it does not affect the front-end view.
