FAQ item order not maintained

    Hi,

    I have created a new faq group and added 5 FAQs to it using helpie FAQ. The items have been ordered correctly. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/QP8dZLc

    However, the items are displaying in a different order on my website. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/mGRKtxY

    Can you please help me fix this issue?

    Hello @vinitabansal, I can’t replicate this issue. Could you share the screenshot of the editor where you have inserted the shortcode?

    The shortcode should be of Helpie FAQ group.. Should be something like [helpie_faq group_id=’3’/]…

    Group 26 works well but only group 331 has issues? The should all work the same. Can you show the screenshot of the Gutenberg editor / Elementor editor were shortcode is inserted?

    Group 26 probably works because I created items in the same order in which they need to be listed.

    For 331, I created items and then reordered them.

    I am not using the short code directly. FAQs are added by selecting the woocommerce product. Please see the screenshot below: https://ibb.co/fXqkJ3J

    @vinitabansal Still, unable to replicate the scenario. Could you share the FAQ Group screenshots with all the settings in the FAQ Groups (not the faqs rather the settings)
