    I am currently managing various websites and have been using this plugin. However, I have encountered an issue on one of my websites where, despite trying different settings, the “Frequently Asked Questions” and “Welcome Message” do not display when the plugin is enabled. This functionality is crucial, and the situation is causing me significant trouble. I would like to inquire about a solution to this problem.
