    Hi,

Just starting with the plugin. Having trouble with the faq’s being open even though the open checkbox is unchecked.

Also, they show a plus sign but there’s nothing more to show and I can’t close them. So in a sense, they’re not really open.

Anyway, I’m sure I’m doing something wrong. Can you help?

Page is inside a membership site, so I can’t link you to it. At least not without setting you up as a user.

    Thanks!

    David

P.S. I’m using it within a page builder called OptimizePress. Putting the shortcode into their html/shortcode element. Works with other shortcodes. Just FYI.

I took off the access restriction temporarily so you can see the page.

    Hi David,

Sorry for the troubles. Right now when I go to that page I see “[ coming soon ]”

That said, it sounds like there’s some kind of javascript error that’s preventing my script from running. Do you know how to check the javascript console in your browser?

Oh John, I’m sorry. I spaced out and pulled it down while testing something else.

I’ll turn it back on now.

And no, I don’t know how to check the javascript console.

    Thanks!

Thanks for turning that back on. I don’t see any conflicts in the console, but at the same time I don’t see my javascript being loaded at all. Have you made any modifications that might prevent my script from being called? Does your theme’s footer.php file have a function called wp_footer(); located somewhere before the closing </body> tag?

John, thanks, and I really appreciate your help on this. But I’ve decided to set it up manually rather than using a plugin.

    Thanks!
