FAQ schema metadata for Accordion block?

    Hi!

    We’re using the Getwid Accordion block for a couple of FAQs on our site and I looked into whether they could supply FAQ schema metadata to search engines, e.g., to be indexed for Google’s Rich Snippets.

    I couldn’t find anything on that so I’m asking here: is there a way to make your plugin generate FAQ schema metadata for Accordion items or are there plans to add this feature?

    Hello Tim! 

    Thank you for your question and sorry for the late response. 

    If it’s still relevant, I would like to inform you that at this moment there’s no such functionality in our plugin and this block in particular. Besides, we position our Getwid plugin as a universal solution and the microdata implementation may not be suitable for all other customers. So I can’t promise that our developers consider such an improvement implementation in the nearest future.

    Hey @eugenewhite!

    Thank you for the answer. We’ve used Yoast’s FAQ block for that task and can live with it, yet we still kind of miss the accordion effect. But I understand that this purpose is too specific.
