FAQ Schema Stripping Links

    We use the Easy Accordion plugin on several of our sector pages. We’ve noticed that the FAQ markup in the SERP no longer shows the links included in the accordion, even though they are coded properly in the accordion settings.

    For this page, we’ve turned off the FAQ schema auto-generation and inserted FAQ schema manually onto the page to see if it’s a plugin issue.

    However, this is sitewide, and we just implemented all these accordions recently since the links were showing in the SERP.

    Here’s another page with the same issue, but we have not fixed the schema manually.

    Hi @meghanmeeks,

    Sorry for being late to reach you.

    We are sorry to say currently the anchor tag doesn’t support the schema markup of the Easy Accordion plugin. We have enlisted this feature on our plugin development roadmap. If it seems logical then it will be included in the future version of the plugin.

    No worries, and thank you for the reply!

    Is there a way to get the zip file for the previous version of the plugin before the most recent update? Just want to see if that fixes any of the issues we’ve been experiencing. Any instructions for getting this installed without losing all of our accordions would be helpful as well.
