Search for anything and this plugin will return the results. What it does not do is give you a way to return to the MAIN FAQ webpage after viewing those results. Using the browser back button does not work. I reported this in chat weeks ago, but I did not receive any follow-up response.
If you go to my website, you will see that I have added a “RETURN TO MAIN FAQs” link to the FAQ webpage. So the fix is rather easy, but your design should already include such a feature. Or am I missing something? Without the link I added, how would I get back to the main FAQ section?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    1) Go to: guystobabes.com/faqs
    2) Type anything into the search box. For instance, type “yellow”.
    3) As expected, you will not get any results.
    4) Now, how do you get back to the main faq page? guystobabes.com/faqs

Another example, in step 2 above, type “babe nation”. You will get results. But still the question remains, how do you get back to the main faq page? guystobabes.com/faqs

I have added a link “Return to Main FAQs”, but without the link I added, how would you do it?

    Greetings!

Please, delete the inserted text in FAQs search box and press Enter button and you will be directed back to the main FAQ page.

Unfortunately, the product does not have the mentioned functionality yet.
The feature you wish to have would be a great addition. So could you please add your suggestion to our Submit Your Idea https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/community/topics page?
Our development team will consider working on this for further updates.

    Thank you!

Your way does work! However, I don’t think it’s intuitive, i.e., I don’t think the user would think to delete the info in the search box and hit enter. So yes, as you suggested, I will submit this feature to the community/topics page.
    Thank you!

    Hi there,

It is nice to know that the issue has been resolved!
I can definitely see how the mentioned feature would be useful.

We always welcome new ideas and we would much appreciate if you continue sharing them with us.

    Have a nice day ahead!
