FAQs not listed under the indicated URL

The slug / permalink listed in my FAQ is not the one that seems to actually be used. For example, when I go to edit one of the questions in my FAQ, I can see on the right under FAQ settings that my URL slug should be “where-are-you-going-when” and that the link to that question should be: https://wheredmanogo.rbind.io/faq/where-are-you-going-when/
However, the above link takes me to an “Error 404” page. I get the same page when I go to that question in my admin dashboard and hit “View”. It clearly thinks that my question should be listed under that URL but it is not.
When I go to my actual post where I put in the FAQ, all the content is there. When I click the aforementioned question, the URL it provides is: https://wheredmanogo.rbind.io/wtf-are-we-doing-and-other-faqs/#qaef-33
How can I get the listed URL (e.g. wheredmanogo.rbind.io/faq/where-are-you-going-when/) to work? I am interested in doing so because I would like my FAQ dashboard to be able to take me to my correct pages, but more importantly because this is causing issues in my sitemaps for SEO purposes.
